Arbitration proceedings

In the event of unsatisfactory responses from the above contact option, you can appeal to the arbitration board, set up at the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in Lower Saxony, to request the initiation of arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Equality Act for the Disabled in Lower Saxony (Niedersächsisches Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, NBGG). According to § 9 d NBGG, the arbitration board has the task of settling disputes between people with disabilities and public bodies in the Federal State of Lower Saxony, on the subject of accessibility in IT. The arbitration proceedings are free of charge. No legal counsel needs to be involved.
